Refund policy
Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to feel confident when shopping. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within fourteen days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons, opened skincare items cannot be returned. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately with your order details and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within seven to ten business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our side. Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.
